1. Who We Are

eCom RevUp ("eCom RevUp", "we", "our") is a registered eCommerce growth partner providing advertising management, listing optimisation, A+ Content, creative services, and full account management to online sellers. We operate as an authorised third-party Solution Provider under the Amazon Solution Provider Network (SPN), delivering services through authorised SP-API and Advertising API integrations.

2. Information We Collect

Website visitors

When you visit ecomrevup.com we may collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact or quote-request form, including name, email address, business name, and monthly revenue range. We also collect standard server log data (browser type, device, referring URL) in anonymised form for site performance purposes.

Prospective clients

When you submit a service enquiry we collect the details you provide so we can respond and assess how we can support your business. We do not purchase, rent, or source contact lists from third parties.

3. Selling Partner Account Data (SP-API)

Where you engage eCom RevUp to manage your selling account, we access data through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API under authorisation you grant through your account. Data accessed includes:

• Orders, order items, and order financial data
• FBA inventory levels and inbound shipment data
• Financial transactions and settlement summaries
• Catalog items, product attributes, and current pricing
• Advertising campaign performance, keyword, and bid data
• Search Query Performance and Brand Analytics reports

This data is accessed solely to deliver the reporting, campaign management, catalog, and account services you have engaged us for. Our use of Selling Partner data complies with the Amazon SP-API Acceptable Use Policy, including the Permitted Uses at section 4.4 and the Prohibited Uses at section 4.5. We do not use Selling Partner data for any purpose outside contracted service delivery.

4. How We Use Information

• To deliver advertising management, cataloging, creative, and account services
• To generate campaign and business reporting through AdNexora for client review
• To monitor account health and identify issues requiring remediation
• To respond to service enquiries submitted through our website
• To meet our legal and contractual obligations, including under the SPN programme

We do not use personal information or Selling Partner data to train machine learning models, for cross-client benchmarking without consent, or for targeted advertising to third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, license, or share personal information or Selling Partner data with third parties, except:

• Service delivery: Team members with a demonstrated need-to-know, bound by confidentiality obligations
• Legal requirements: Where required by applicable law, regulation, or enforceable court order
• Business succession: In a merger or acquisition where protections equivalent to this policy apply to any successor

Selling Partner data is never shared with competitors of any client, used for external benchmarking without explicit written consent, or disclosed to any third party for commercial purposes.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Active client data is retained for the duration of the engagement
• Following termination, Selling Partner data is deleted from our systems within 30 days of the end of the post-engagement retention window (90 days post-termination)
• Website enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months or until you request deletion, whichever is earlier
• Financial records required for legal or tax compliance are retained for the period mandated by applicable law

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@ecomrevup.com. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and confirm deletion within 30 days.

7. Security Controls

We implement technical and organisational controls proportionate to the sensitivity of the data we handle:

• Role-based access controls limiting data access to personnel who require it for service delivery
• TLS encryption for all data in transit between our systems and external APIs
• Secure credential and token management for all selling account integrations, with no storage of account passwords
• Regular internal review of active API permissions and connected integrations
• Access logging for all interactions with Selling Partner data
• Network-level protections for systems that store or process client data

8. Incident Management

We maintain an incident response procedure covering detection, classification, containment, and notification for any security event affecting Selling Partner data or personal information:

• Suspected incidents are escalated internally within 24 hours of detection
• Affected clients are notified within 72 hours of confirmation of a breach involving their data
• Where required by applicable law or regulation, relevant authorities are notified within mandated timeframes
• Post-incident reviews are conducted to identify root cause and implement corrective controls

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; withdraw consent to processing; and revoke our access to your selling account at any time through your Seller Central settings. Contact info@ecomrevup.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Cookies

This website uses only functional cookies required for basic site operation. We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or analytics scripts that track individual users. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without loss of access to site content.
